Which is the LighTech main product ? The exclusive adjustable rear sets! Machined from billet Aluminium 7075-T6, the most suitable for this type of application.

Track-System technology

Our rear sets adopt LighTech’s unique design referred to as the 'Track System': with this system it is possible to adjust the position of the footrest, quickly and accurately. The adjustment is made by sliding the footrest support on two tracks made at different levels, to a maximum of 8 positions, thanks to the holes present on the support. It is possible to adjust also the toe pegs position of shift and brake lever with an easy sliding design, to meet the needs of the rider.

Materials

The main support of the rear sets is engineered from billet Aluminum 7075, thus guaranteeing exceptional rigidity and ensuring safety and performance for all riding conditions. All plates, levers and supports are machined by LighTech’s state of the art CNC facility. The levers work on high quality bearings that guarantee perfect and excellent resistance mechanisms even during the most extreme demands on the track and road.

All this to get the best feeling for the rider with his own bike and accuracy when moving on to the saddle and rapid gear changes. The LighTech 'Track System' rear sets for 2013 are manufactured with footrest supports anodized in silver with a lightweight but strong magnesium heel guard incorporating the LighTech logo.

Our rear sets can be ordered with standard or reverse shifting, with fixed or folding footrest and also to choose among the options in the catalog can be ordered folding toe pegs or carbon heel guards. LighTech provides all spare parts for restoring the rear sets in case of a fall or loss of any component.
